REFUND POLICY
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to the purchase of posters and laminated posters, purchased on our website, and sent by way of a postage or delivery service.
Our Refund Policy lasts thirty (30) days. If, thirty days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. Once you have received your poster, please fully inspect the poster, and contact us within thirty (30) days if you have concerns.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your poster must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The poster must be returned in the original packaging, especially if damage has occurred during shipment.
The Refund Amount:
Where the original purchase was made by credit card;
(a) The Refund Amount will be the amount of the original purchase, less any fees or charges applied by the credit card processor at the time of your purchase.
Where the original purchase was made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT);
(b) The Refund Amount will be the amount of the original purchase.
If you are approved, then your Refund Amount will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Refunds will not be made to recipients of gift vouchers.
1. General
Posters are often found to be “out of stock” after an order has been placed and paid for by the customer. Where we are unable to supply the item purchased, you are entitled to;
(a) Get a refund based on “The Refund Amount”
(b) Select another item to the same value and postage cost.
We offer refunds and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Refund Policy (“Policy”).
Any benefits set out in this Policy may apply in addition to consumer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Before making a purchase, please read this Policy so that you can understand your rights and what you can expect from us if you are not satisfied with your order.
2. Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures of the product, you are entitled to a refund of the full purchase price.
The Australian Consumer Law provides a set of Consumer Guarantees which protect consumers when they buy products and services.
If the Australian Consumer Law applies, then we cannot avoid the Consumer Guarantees which it provides. If there is an inconsistency between this Policy and the Australian Consumer Law, the Australian Consumer Law will prevail.

3. Cancellation and Change of Mind
We do not offer any refund if you change your mind, or find the same product cheaper elsewhere. We only accept returns if the goods were not sold as described. We do not issue refunds or replacements for change of mind or unwanted gifts.
Please understand that some posters can show signs of aging and handling though slight nicks, fold lines, tears, stains and roll marks.
4. Products Damaged During Delivery
In the event that the poster you ordered has been damaged during delivery;
(i) Please contact us within thirty (30) days, from the purchase date.
Any damaged posters must be returned in the condition in which it was received, together with any packaging and other items which you received with the damaged poster.
We will make arrangements with you to return the damaged poster, and we will replace it with a new poster, or refund it, provided that you have contacted us within 30 days from the date of ordering your poster.
5. Exceptions
Not Withstanding the other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to provide a replacement or refund of a poster purchased by you if;
You misused or mishandled the poster in a way which caused the damage.
You knew or were made aware of any problem(s) with the posters before you purchased it.
Any other exceptions that apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
In the event that a poster you have purchased fails to meet one or more Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we shall bear any cost of shipping the poster (the “Returning Poster”) back to us, as well as any cost of shipping any replacement poster to you.
If the Returning Poster can easily be posted, then you are responsible for organizing the Returning Poster to be returned to us. If the Returned Poster is eligible for replacement or refund under the terms of this Policy (including under the Australian Consumer Law) then we will reimburse you for the reasonable postage cost, for the Returned Poster and original packaging material.
We reserve the right to provide a full refund for the original purchase price of the poster and original cost of postage or delivery, in lieu of replacement of the poster and un-necessary postage and handling costs.
7. Gifts and Gift Vouchers
Refunds will not be made to recipients of gift vouchers.
Posters chosen and dispatched (postage) by way of gift voucher transactions will attract the same benefits and protections under this Policy and under the Australian Consumer Law.
If the poster was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returning poster is received by us, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
8. Response Time
We aim to process any requests for replacements or refunds within 7 days of receipt.
9. How to Return Products
In the event that we organize and pay for the inspection, postage, shipping, transportation or collection of a Returning Poster, and it turns out not to be eligible for replacement or refund under the terms of this Policy (including under the Australian Consumer Law), then you will be required to pay the costs of any inspection, postage, shipping, transportation or collection of the Returning Poster.
Unless otherwise defined in our sole discretion, we shall pay “The Refund Amount” in the same form as the original purchase or to the same account or credit card used to make the original purchase.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide proof of purchase.
You may be required to provide a government issued identification to qualify for a refund or replacement.
